In 2013, Geisinger Health System launched xG Health Solutions to generalize and scale Geisinger innovations to support healthcare providers and payers who wanted to improve their performance.


We were retained to launch the company’s groundbreaking EHR-agnostic apps, with a planned rollout at HIMSS seven weeks after project inception. We moved quickly with services that included the following:


• Naming and branding the new apps product family
• Creating a launch video with Geisinger leaders introducing the new product line
• Designing and executing a media blitz that garnered extensive coverage
• Orchestrating a VIP launch event attended by 100+ industry executives
• Coordinating  all launch activities onsite at HIMSS


As the company shifted toward a product-driven strategy, Liftoff was retained to be the interim outsourced marketing department. Bridging  a 13-month gap between chief marketing officers, the Liftoff team:


• Launched a new corporate website
• Developed brands and rollout programs for two new technology-based product lines
• Organized the company’s presence at a dozen healthcare conferences
• Developed new marketing and sales support collateral
• Organized SEO and Google AdWords campaigns
• Handled all public relations and social media efforts
• Led focus groups to collect market intelligence on buyer wants and needs
• Supported the company’s search for a new chief marketing officer
